SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday) and if a "rush" order is needed,  we will try to accommodate your request.  PLEASE VIEW MAP BELOW FOR HOURS IN TRANSIT.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT PINATAS WILL INCREASE SHIPPING FEES DUE TO THEIR LARGE SIZE.)

For US Continental, we ship UPS Ground, with your order originating from Illinois.  All UPS Ground orders are $10.75 regardless of weight, and orders over $69.00 receive UPS Ground FREE SHIPPING FOR CONTINENTAL U.S.  When processing your order, if you require UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, you may leave us a message in the space provided in the shopping cart, and your credit card will be charged the extra shipping fee when your order is shipped. 

CANADA - orders are shipped U.S. Postal Express Mail, and the estimated shipping and handling charge is $35.00.  If the package is in a large box, the shipping fee could increase $10.00 to $15.00, depending on weight.  Your credit card will be charged the extra shipping fee when the order is shipped.  (Please note the "free shipping" pertains to US Continental orders ONLY)  Estimated delivery time is 5 business days after leaving our facility.  However, Customs may take 3-5 more days.  Please order well in advance to insure that your order arrives in time.

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped U.S. Postal Express Mail with a shipping fee beginning at approximately $35.00 and up, depending on weight and size of the box.  Pinatas will increase the shipping fee due to their large size.  Your credit card will be charged the extra shipping fee when the order is shipped.  Estimated delivery time is 5 business days after leaving our facility, however, Customs may take 3 more days.  Please order well in advance to insure that your order arrives in time.  (Please note the "free shipping" pertains to US Continental orders ONLY)
