Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday - Friday) and if a "rush" order is needed,  please call and we will try to ship the same day.  If time permits, we may hold orders longer for out of stock items.  Please be aware we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.  

If your order is under $89.00, the $9.99 shipping cost will be applied to the order and the default shipping will be UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail, unless an expedited shipping method is requested.

Expedited Shipping Methods

 If you need your order sooner, we can ship via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select. These are premium services and all shipping charges are applied to the order, and you will be called for approval of the additional fee. Shipping charges are based upon the size and weight of the package as well as distance. Please note that a business/shipping day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday)or holidays. For example..if  your order is placed on Friday  (CST) the first available ship day is Monday.

Shipping outside of the Continental U.S.

If you are an international customer, it is best to place the order and allow our customer service to quote you shipping charges. We will not ship any international package without your email approval of the shipping cost. All international shipments are sent via USPS Global Express service. Rough estimate tables are listed at http://ircalc.usps.gov/.

Shipments to APO, FPO, Post Office Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and any other US territory outside of the US will require shipping charges. Shipments to these areas are most cost effective via Priority Mail US Postal Service, if available for your area.

Tracking my package

We will send an email confirmation to you with tracking information. You can track the package directly from your email. If you see something wrong with the tracking information, we will make a reasonable effort to correct the problem.
