Return Policy: We accept returns on merchandise within a 30-day period, however, it must be in its original condition and unopened. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. A copy of your invoice must be included with a written explanation for its return, along with your credit card number and expiration date. Cancelled Orders: Internet orders authorize immediately, and when an order has been authorized it CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED. Birthday Jubilee is committed to our customers' satisfaction. We attempt to ship orders free of mistakes, however, if an error was made, please notify us immediately and we will correct and ship you the proper merchandise, if time permits. Local customers can arrange to pick up merchandise, or receive free shipping, with orders processing and arriving within 24-48 hours.
