Customer Service: Customer Sales Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, and are eager to help guide you through any birthday party questions you may have, or help with suggestions for your child's party celebration. Do not hesitate to call 847-650-0128 to place phone orders.
Return Policy: We accept returns on merchandise within a 30-day period, however, it must be in its original condition and unopened. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Merchandise returned without a return authorization (RMA) number issued by Customer Service will not be accepted. Cancelled Orders: Internet orders authorize immediately, and when an order has been authorized it CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED. Birthday Jubilee is committed to our customers' satisfaction. We attempt to ship orders free of mistakes, however, if an error was made, please notify us immediately and we will correct and ship you the proper merchandise, if time permits.
